Ultimate Track records attendance events, device heartbeats, online status, and screenshots according to the active department policy assigned to the employee.
- Attendance is recorded on check-in and check-out.
- Heartbeats report device connectivity, basic active window context, and idle state while the agent is running.
- Screenshots are captured only during the configured work window and according to the configured interval.
- When enabled by policy, the employee is notified before each screenshot and receives a post-capture confirmation.
- Only authorized managers and super admins can access employee activity within their assigned scope.
